Impulse Ecstatic Dance - FIND YOUR POWER
Arts at the Armory, 191 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA
Admission: $23
Your power isn't something you need to earn. It's something you can reconnect with. Through movement, breath, rhythm, and embodied expression, we'll explore what it feels like to stand in our own energy, take up space, release our inhibitions, and move from a place of inner strength. Let's get into our bodies and dance to discover what wants to move through us.
