Meg Gehman is a superb singer/songwriter from Nashville. A captivating singer and songwriter, Meg is a warm and engaging performer whose lyrics pay tribute to the resiliency of the human spirit and the power of love over fear. She flies in on her soulful voice and original music - a mash-up of soul, blues, folk, and rock, and lands smack dab into the genre of Americana Soul. With an eclectic style all her own, listeners will be tempted to draw comparisons to artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeschi, Joan Osborne, Indigo Girls, or Rickie Lee Jones. Meg has worked with an amazing roster of world-class musicians and recorded two albums, the second of which, LoveSister, will be coming out in a few months. Doors open at The Lilypad at 5:30pm, Meg’s show is 6-7pm.
