MAIN STAGE: Anthony Leva | Take You Out of Your Mind | Faculty Debut Recital
Edward M. Pickman Concert Hall, Longy School of Music, 27 Garden Street, Cambridge, MA
Music made to heal people, played by a string band that improvises its way there. Gnawa musicians in Morocco play through the night to move a room from one state into another. A modern string band, original compositions, and long stretches of free improvisation. Expect the evening to end somewhere nobody planned.
