Chef Ashley Lujares is a Boston- based Filipina American chef of Mango Tao, a pop-up, culinary experience that celebrates modern Filipino food and Southeast Asian flavors with rotating menus, collaborations with local restaurants, and immersive events. A Food Network’s Chopped champion and former executive chef of Myers + Chang. She combines her cultural heritage with contemporary culinary techniques to craft vibrant, nostalgic, and inventive dishes rooted in Filipino tradition. She uses this platform to bring Filipino cuisine to diverse audiences and to uplift the Asian American and Filipino communities in Boston.
