Join us for a tailgate-ready class where Andy shares tips and tricks to get you ready for the big game, so you don’t miss a single snap. Andy will walk attendees through a full lineup of crowd-pleasing game day classics, from wings to a whole smoked pork butt, plus the techniques to pull off a spread big enough to feed the whole tailgate. Attendees will walk away with a better handle on group-size smoking and grilling, a take home recipe packet to recreate the menu at home, and a taste of everything on the table. Plus, we’re teaming up with Hannah’s Brewing for a beer pairing to go with the food.
