This class builds on the 7-8:15pm Kathak Foundations class which is a pre-requisite for the 8:15-9pm time slot. Anjali teaches in the unique style of Pandit Chitresh Das, founded in the Lucknow Gharana (style) with influence of the Jaipur Gharana along with a technique he developed called Kathak Yoga, where you will learn how we can integrate multiple rhythms through our dance.
