What is Your Light?

Building W15: MIT Chapel, 48 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA

Please register above so we can order enough cider and hot chocolate! Drop by anytime and stay as long as you want. Rain or shine! Presented by the MIT Office of Religious, Spiritual, and Ethical Life (ORSEL), What is Your Light? transforms the MIT Chapel into a living canvas of light, sound, and reflection. Visitors are invited to first strike a tam-tam, activating lanterns of light on the building and sending ripples of sound across the Kresge Oval. Then, participants can embark on an immersive and interactive journey through the chapel. A live performance and art installations invite reflection on one’s grounding principles and sources of inspiration. Featuring performing artists Maria Finkelmeier and Amelia Hollander Ames and visual artist Supreetha Krishnan, the event will also highlight the work of students from the Berklee Interdisciplinary Arts program and realtalk@MIT. Throughout the evening, What is Your Light? celebrates the values, stories, and visions that guide our community. Created by MF Dynamics in partership with ORSEL, realtalk@MIT, and Berklee Interdisciplinary Arts Free and open to the public. Photo by Eric Antoniou from last year's What is Your Light? October…
