Students can expect a welcoming and engaging class that brings together Capoeira’s movement, music, rhythm, self-defense, and cultural traditions. Classes are designed for all levels, combining physical training and creativity in an environment centered on respect, community, and individual growth. Students are also introduced to traditions such as Maculelê and Samba, offering a broader experience of the culture surrounding Capoeira.
