Glimmer invites you to move with present moment awareness, connect to your internal experience of what you sense and feel, and bring it your own self expression to the collective experience of moving in community. Every Glimmer gathering weaves somatic improvisation and guided choreography from a wide range of classic, contemporary and conscious dance/movement modalities. Your Glimmer guides (Julianne + Audrey) provide a theme that informs both the somatic improvisation (the research) and the choreography (the collective container). You can count on irresistible playlists from a mix of music genres designed to engage the senses, emotions and imagination, while sensory-based prompts invite us to tune into our bodies to access the creative intelligence that flows within.
