Rather than treating stillness as the absence of movement, the experience invites participants to discover that stillness is where authentic movement begins. Exploring the sacred places within us that do not rush, strive, or perform. Through movement, meditation, imagination, writing, and shared witnessing, we return to the inner ground that has always held us. We will dance!
