Classes blend developmentally appropriate movement, yoga, music, singing, and games, giving little ones the freedom to move, play, and express themselves. In a safe and caring environment, children build strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence while developing social-emotional skills and deepening their connection with their caregiver.
